• The patch field in Class D Cat.5e meets the 10” standard for rack installation in a corresponding network cabinet and acts as a central connection point for your network cables
• A closed metal housing including central grounding connection provide shielding for the 12-port patch panel and LSA rails for mounting the network installation cables
• The patch panel is designed for 100 MHz / 1GBASE-T and also works with cables and devices in category Cat.5 thanks to backwards compatibility
• Patching in accordance with EIA/TIA 568 A & B (LSA rails color-coded accordingly) - Suitable for network cables with AWG 22-26 (solid and stranded conductors)

The CAT 5e Patch Panels for 254 mm (10") rack mount from DIGITUS® are tested and according to ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173. Cable installation takes place via LSA strips which are color coded acc. EIA/TIA 568B. The housing consists of galvanized, cold-rolled steel, acc. EN1.4301, UNS S30400, AISI 304 and LMSAD110.
